Guidelines concerning the use of our diagnostic and health services.

1. Nature of Services

HCC Diagnostics offers pathology and radiology diagnostic services. These include blood tests, imaging services, and health checkup packages.

Important Disclaimer: Our reports are for diagnostic purposes only and should be interpreted by a qualified medical practitioner. We do not provide medical treatment or emergency services. In case of a medical emergency, please visit the nearest hospital immediately.

2. Booking & Home Collection

Accuracy: You must provide accurate information regarding your health history and location for home collection services.
Timings: While we strive to adhere to appointment times, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or previous patient complications. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
Fasting Requirements: Certain tests require fasting (e.g., Lipid Profile, Fasting Blood Sugar). It is your responsibility to follow these instructions for accurate results.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments for services must be made in full at the time of booking or at the time of sample collection.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 2 hours prior to the scheduled slot are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the slot may attract a convenience fee deduction.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.

4. Reporting & Turnaround Time

We make every effort to deliver reports within the promised turnaround time (TAT). However, delays may occur due to technical re-checks, requiring fresh samples (if hemolysis/clotting occurs), or unforeseen equipment maintenance. In such cases, HCC Diagnostics is not liable for consequential damages but will provide the report as soon as technically feasible.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the website or services for any unlawful purpose. Harassment of our staff, phlebotomists, or support personnel will result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

HCC Diagnostics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the test/service booked by the user.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
